Consultant in Public Procurement (Infrastructural Facility Management) (m/f/d)

You support the field management in the control of the area of expertise, in the implementation of change and optimization processes and take over releases within the scope of the implemented approval processes. You examine and develop expert opinions on legal issues, create instructions for action/guidelines with complex legal material. You develop sample tender documents and complex valuation matrices for the procurement of goods and services in infrastructure building management. You develop individual (framework) contracts and conduct negotiations with the parties of the Federal Institute. When creating the required award documents, you work closely with your colleagues from the specialist departments and advise them in all issues relevant to the issue of tendering, as well as in the case of extension and extension of contracts or in the case of early termination of contractual relations. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace there are occasional service trips, including throughout the federal territory. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have a completed academic degree (Master/ Uni-Diplom) in the field of law, economic law, business management, real estate management, facility management or a comparable qualification Competences: You have already gained deeper knowledge and practical experience in the application of procurement law (national and EU-wide) as well as in product costing/economic consideration. You bring well-founded knowledge in contract law, ideally also in the business and real estate industry. You are versed in dealing with common office applications in Microsoft Office (excel, Word) and SAP. Ideally, you have already gained experience in public procurement and/or facility management. Other: You convince with your careful and self-responsible way of working. You have a strong consulting competence and think across the process. You can work well into changing task fields and also act structured and targeted under time pressure.
