We are looking for a consultant (m/w/d) for care and care placement at our headquarters in Stuttgart in part-time/full time (at least 30 hours/week). The body is a medical representation and it is limited to one year.

As an employee, you will be advising customers and interested parties in nursing services, housing and care services of the Evangelical Heimstiftung. You explain processes, conditions and the way to the appropriate supply in a comprehensible and transparent manner. You will check relevant documents and assist in completing them. You communicate closely with our facilities and locations and coordinate solutions together. You document the consultation and accompany the process until successful mediation. You help people and their relatives find the right support in often challenging situations of life.

Complete training as well as experience in the social field or care Knowledge of the topic of care, care at age and relevant legal bases (SGB V, SGB XI). Extensive consulting skills and a high level of service and service orientation. Active listening and problem-solving orientation. A safe and empathic communication style is assumed - also in challenging or conflict-affected conversation situations. Safe handling of EDV applications and the ability to work structured in multiple systems at the same time are assumed. First experience with CRM system desirable. A structured, responsible way of working, team spirit and a value-adding human image are assumed.
