Active cooperation in everyday kitchen with postage management Support in goods ordering, acceptance and control Instruction and control in kitchenware Responsibility of cleanliness throughout the kitchen area Working in the a'la carte shop at various posts Compliance with cleanliness and hygiene according to principles of HACCP Create MIse en Place for a 'la carte Preparation of posts for a smooth process
