IT Consultant / Senior IT Consultant (m/f/d)

Customer satisfaction does not end with the go-live. After system implementation, the partnership begins. As a (Senior) IT consultant in our Team Operations, you will enter our existing customers in the long term and develop our solutions based on the DMS system documentsOS precisely according to their growing requirements. Depending on your experience, you enrich our team either in a strategic position or in technical implementation and programming.

Focus on customer support & workshops: You accompany our existing customers strategically, meet new requirements in complex workshops and translate them into sustainable technical concepts for further development. Focus Customizing & Development: You program and implement customer-specific extensions and individual workflows directly in our DMS system. Overarching tasks: Interface integration: You configure and accompany the connection of REST Services and resystems (e.g. Azure, DocuSign or common third-party systems). System configuration: You support our customers in technical system adjustments and perform software updates. Sales support: For complex technical questions, you can support our sales at times for dates with existing customers.

The basis is a strong IT foundation. You fit us with the following background: Education: A completed technical study (e.g. computer science, business informatics), a relevant IT training (e.g. specialist informatics) or a comparable technical qualification. As a senior, you bring several years of experience in IT consulting (ideally in the DMS or software environment). You are strong in long-term wholesale management, safe in the moderation of workshops and has the technical foundation to penetrate complex system architectures. As a consultant with Focus Customizing, you have deep knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript or a comparable programming language, as well as knowledge in the REST Services / APIs area. KI competence: You use AI tools sovereignly, evaluate the results critically and support customers to utilize potentials of AI. Technical Add-ons: Ideally you bring knowledge to Linux. Framework conditions: A strong customer focus, excellent knowledge of German and English as well as occasional readiness to travel in the DACH room.
