Cost Accountant (m/f/d)

Own-responsible support of a defined real estate stock in the area of operating and heating cost accounting Own production of the annual operating and heating cost accounting for residential and commercial objects taking into account current legal requirements and implementation of a plausibility check of the costs to be calculated Adjustment and coordination of advance payments for operating and heating costs Creation and testing of hull and acquisition accounts in the context of new construction acquisitions/commandman data as well as object sales and sales Examination of heat supply calculations taking into account the heating cost regulation and the CO2 cost allocation law Monitoring legal requirements and contractual deadlines related to operating and heating cost accounting Examination and maintenance in the system of lease-contractual regulations and the transferability of individual cost positions in exchange with our commercial object management Examination, consolidation and booking of all accounting-relevant repositories, timely delimitation of costs, installation and maintenance of permanent bookings and SEPA deferral authorisations Collection, testing and plausibility of invoices, counter readings, billing-relevant consumption data and cost developments Control of annual consumption accounts with regard to plausibility of consumption value Correspondence with tenants, suppliers/suppliers and external service providers with regard to billing-relevant costs Processing and answering requests for the prepared operating and heating cost calculations and clarification of contradictions incl. provision of additional costs related documents and, where appropriate, Support for debt management in legal disputes Cooperation with Finance in the context of monthly and annual financial statements, clarification of open items and option set processing

Completed training for the real estate businessman/wife, audited real estate specialist or similar qualification in real estate Multiannual professional experience in the independent management of residential and commercial properties incl. the independent production of operating and heating cost accounting Proactive structured thinking and working methods as well as a high degree of organizational talent and affinity for data / numbers and IT An open, emotional personality as well as the willingness to take responsibility and work in the team An experienced handling of MS Office is assumed Advantages of customised user knowledge in SAP
