You accompany complex refurbishment projects with a focus on constructive engineering from planning to implementation Responsible for the quality, time and cost-oriented project execution after the performance phases 1-9 of the HOAI You are looking for the technically, economically, structurally and ecologically optimal solutions for maintenance projects at Deutsche Bahn Ensuring the coordinated, demand-oriented and qualified planning of measures as well as the quality, budget and timely premise tracing for your projects to contracted engineering offices is one of your tasks

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical/university studies in the field of civil engineering or comparable engineering with the focus of construction You are familiar with the performance phases of the HOAI and have a good understanding of engineering relationships You value work in an agile, growing team, and you value collegiality and cohesion The takeover of responsibility is of course for you, because for you “Your project” is more than one task, it is your personal concern Communication strength, enforcing and a safe occurrence as well as a solution-oriented way of working, meeting informed decisions and active introduction of ideas completes your profile
