We are looking for an in-house consultant SAP HCM (m/w/d) to strengthen our team

You take responsibility – you are the first contact person within the IT department for personnel and system managers on the topics SAP Payroll (HCM PA/PY) and SAP Time (HCM PT) as well as SAP Organisation Management (OM). In addition, they also work with other colleagues from the personnel department of our subsidiaries. You are the expert – you ensure smooth operation of the SAP HCM solutions of our customers and continuously develop them. To do this, you will take care of the design and realization of tariff, legal and operational requirements within the pay billing and/or the time management with SAP HCM. Additional maintain and create authorization roles in coordination with the personnel department and take over the 2nd/3rd level support for customer requests from this field. They act in a solution-oriented manner - they recognize and understand customer requirements and advise our customers about the feasibility. The customizing and the associated documentation of functional extension are carried out by yourself. You are a team player – you work in diverse HR migration projects and bring your expertise in a targeted way.

Your education – you have a successfully completed degree in the field of (economic) informatics or training in the IT field. Your experience – you have been able to gain several years of professional experience in comparable tasks. Your know-how – you have very good process knowledge of human capital management processes, ideally well-founded knowledge in the field of SAP H4S4 (SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage) incl. Customizing as well as experience in implementing HR projects. They are an expert in the modules PA, PY, PT and OM. SAP ABAP development knowledge completes your profile. Their personality – they are pragmatic and can easily abstract and represent complex facts on the essentials. Organizational and communication strengths are just as good as self-employment and a pronounced solution orientation. The willingness to travel to other brewery sites of the group as well as fluent German and good English skills complete your profile.
