At our site in Weimar you are responsible for the electrotechnical design, planning and design of our complex, automated door and safety systems You first set standard current schedules, setup plans, cable plans and piece lists using modern CAE software (preferably EPLAN P8) You program and configure SPS controls (e.g. Siemens TIA Portal / S7 or manufacturer-specific compact controls) as well as frequency converters and integrate most modern sensor technology/actuator systems You ensure compliance with all relevant standards, VDE guidelines and the European Machine Directive (CE conformity) You accompany the first operation directly in our work in Weimar and assist the workshop and assembly teams there as a technical expert
You have a successfully completed study of electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) or a completed further education on the state-tested technician (m/w/d) You have well-founded professional experience in designing and programming in machine, plant or special machine construction You have secure handling of EPLAN P8 as well as sound knowledge in PLC programming and drive technology You draw from a structured, solution-oriented and self-responsive way of working
