Create the future of reporting with us! Are you an experienced manager in the regulatorian environment and want to actively transform processes instead of managing them? In technologies such as GenAI, Robotics and Tableau you see the tools for efficient and smart solutions? Then, as a group management, you take responsibility and drive forward the digital development in a central area of the DZ BANK. As group management m/w/d, you will guide the group ''Konzern & Nachrichten'' (CLMZ) professionally and in a conceptual manner and develop your team and the department-internal processes strategically. A focus of your task is the active design and optimization of the processes in the reporting industry through the evaluation and use of digital media and technologies such as GenAI, Robotics or Tableau. You control the timely implementation of the notifications to § 24c KWG, § 154 AO, FATCA / CRS and deposit protection, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You are responsible for related tax topics (e.g. NV certificates, status and tax certificates) and develop the related processes. You shall ensure the analysis, review and implementation of supervisory requirements for the matching of Group business partners in accordance with the requirements of BCBS 239. You contribute to the annual budgeting and under-year controlling and contribute to the efficiency increase and cost reduction by identifying potentials.

Successfully completed studies in economics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in regulatory reporting (e.g. § 24c KWG, FATCA/CRS) of a bank or a financial service provider At least two years of experience in a leadership position (technical or disciplinary) or in the management of projects related to process optimization Detectable experience in the optimization of processes and a high affinity for digital solutions and their practical use in the financial environment A state-of-the-art, value-assurance leadership style that motivates your team and encourages you to further develop Enthusiasm for digital transformation and demonstrable experience in process optimization, ideally with tools such as robotics, tableau or first contact points with GenAI Knowledge of relevant legal regulations such as GwG, Tax Code and KWG Analytical, structured and entrepreneurial thinking combined with implementation strength Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
