Construction, maintenance and further development of the integrated management system according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Ensuring compliance with statutory and internal regulations on occupational safety, health protection, environmental management and quality Planning and implementation of audits, training and risk assessments Support and further development of measures for continuous improvement (CDP) Contact person for customers and authorities in HSQE-relevant questions Coordination of operational hygiene and cleaning standards, in particular for sensitive areas of use (e.g. healthcare, food businesses, clean rooms)

You are a specialist in occupational safety according to DGUV Regulation 2 You have an auditor training (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) You have visited hygiene and disinfection training (e.g. VAH, RKI, HACCP) You have good knowledge of relevant standards and legal requirements (including GefStoffV, IfSG, TRGS) You have profound experience in the cleaning industry, ideally in the area of maintenance, special or hospital cleaning You have knowledge of cleaning processes, machines, metering technology and hygiene standards You have experience in dealing with multilingual teams and operational object structures They have a strong sense of responsibility, a high self-initiative and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. Your communication strength, enforcing ability as well as safe occurrence to employees, customers and authorities complete your profile They bring a readiness to travel within the framework of the supervised objects/regions
