Operation & Development of the M365 platform: You are responsible for the operation, administration and continuous development of our Microsoft 365 platform focusing on Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Defender for M365, Copilot and Power Platform. Stability, security & performance: You ensure the stability, performance and security of our cloud-based M365 system architecture and support security and compliance issues in close cooperation with cybersecurity and governance. Configuration & Automation: You implement technical platform configurations, guidelines and automation (e.g. PowerShell or Power Automate) and document configurations, processes and implemented measures. Innovation & Integration: You integrate new M365 functions such as copilot agents, Microsoft Viva or Loop into our existing system landscape and develop the platform strategically. Coordination & Consulting: You work closely with our Managed Service Provider to ensure operational operation and advise internal areas of expertise regarding optimal use and strategic further development of the M365 services.

Training & qualification: You have completed their studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications with corresponding technical background. Professional Experience & Practice: You have at least five years of experience in the administration and strategic development of Microsoft 365 environments in complex corporate structures. Technological expertise: You have profound knowledge in Exchange Online (e.g. transport rules, journaling, hybrid setups), SharePoint Online (e.g. sites, permissions, governance), Microsoft Defender for M365 (e.g. Policies, Threat Protection, Reporting), Power Platform including Power Automate, PowerShell and Azure Active Directory (e.g. Conditional Access). Architecture understanding: You have experience with hybrid as well as cloud-based IT architectures (e.g. Azure, Exchange, Domain Controller, Intune) and understand their connections at a technical and strategic level. Structure & innovation capability: You convince with a strong platform expertise, deep technical understanding and the ability to implement innovative solutions structured, sustainable and practical. Documentation & Communication: You work document-proof and communicate complex technical issues address-oriented in consulting internal stakeholders.
