Team Leader Disposition - Transport Logistics / Freight Forwarding (m/f/d)

You guide the MRP team professionally, coordinate the daily task distribution and ensure efficient layer and deployment planning. You analyze, optimize and standardize the existing MRP processes and route plans from economic and qualitative aspects. You keep an eye on operating KPIs (e.g. utilisation, schedule, transport costs) and evaluate them and derive targeted measures for deviations. You accompany the onboarding of new team members, promote their further development and act as a motivating contact person in the daily business. You plan and dispose (operatively contributing) the tours of our customers and coordinate the efficient use of partners and entrepreneurs. You actively monitor the timely execution of all transport orders and ensure compliance with legal and customer-based requirements. For short-term plan changes, bottlenecks or delays, you develop pragmatic solutions quickly and independently.

You ideally have a commercial training, e.g. as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or a similar qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in disposition or transport logistics. Thanks to your structured and solution-oriented operation, you always keep an overview in dynamic situations. You are strong in communication and enjoy the daily tuning with customers: the driving staff and the entire team. You are safe in handling MS Office and have ideally already gained experience with a common transport management system. German and English knowledge in word and writing complete your profile.
