As part of an exclusive search mandate, we occupy the position Jurist:in procurement law (m/w/d) with a focus on strategic management of procurement procedures, EU-wide tenders, legal advice and digital process optimization. The employment is also possible in parttime!

RKW/126143) Planning, implementation and legal support of national and EU-wide procurement procedures (delivery, service and works contracts) Advising specialist departments (e.g. IT, Purchasing, Construction) in procurement and economic matters Creation and testing of tender documents, contracts, performance descriptions Communication with tenderers, award chambers and internal stakeholders Ensure proper documentation in procurement software and support for eVergabe processes Working on projects to further develop and digitize the procurement processes Technical control of procurement assistance

Full jury:in (1st and 2nd State Examen) or LL.M. with multiannual professional experience in procurement law Practical experience in the award of construction, supply and services, ideally in the public sector Very good knowledge of GWB, VgV, VOB (optional UVgO, SektVO) Safe handling of procurement platforms / eVergabe-Systeme Analytical, structured and independent working methods Communication strength, enforcement capacity and team capacity Interest in interdisciplinary cooperation, e.g. with IT, purchasing, project management
