You ensure the regulatory and technical compliance of our unmanned aviation systems (UAS) in accordance with EU Regulation 2019/945, 2019/947 and relevant EASA specifications You derive technical requirements from standards, standards and safety requirements for mechanics, electronics and software You are responsible for building and maintaining our compliance documentation (e.g. compliance matrix, technical analysis, risk analysis, conformity declarations) Plan, organize the evaluations of ground and flight tests to validate the system functions You carry out risk analyses (e.g. SORA, FMEA, FTA) as well as the evaluation and approval of design changes You work closely with engineering and production teams to integrate regulatory requirements in the development process You support certification and authority processes as well as communication with external audit bodies You are responsible for building efficient quality, documentation and detection processes in the startup environment
You have completed your studies in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering or comparable You have experience with UAS, aviation technology or safety-critical systems You have knowledge of EASA regulatory, CE conformity and relevant aviation standards You have experience in risk assessments (SORA, FMEA, FTA) as well as test planning and test documentation You inspire interdisciplinary cooperation in a dynamic scale-up environment You have structured working methods, high autonomy and a pronounced quality awareness as well as good English and German knowledge
