SOC Analyst (m/f/d)

Conducting analyses of safety-relevant events and, if appropriate, expressing recommendations for action Analyze vulnerabilities, attacks and emerging threats Optimization of the detection mechanisms of the SOC modules with the customer as needed Participation in events and incidents with customers Maintenance of CMDB and allocation of assets Configuration of the customer crashboard Implementation of changes (e.g. onboarding new assets / new agents / log data) in the SOC modules Participation in Security Jour Fixes and the annual Service Meeting Participation in standby services

Complete training or studies in the field of computer science, IT security, network technology, system integration or a comparable qualification Experience in the IT, network, security or SOC environment and Troubleshooting Basic understanding of network protocols, firewall rules and typical IT communication relationships Knowledge in Microsoft environments, Active Directory and in operation linux-based systems Ability to structured analysis, assessment and documentation of technical facts Communication strength in handling customers, internal departments and technical teams Self-employed, careful and solution-oriented working methods, team skills and sense of responsibility Readiness to learn and open to new topics Ideally experience with security products from Fortinet, Tenable, Rhebo or comparable solutions Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
