Support in the development and planning of central logistical process steps Analysis of the current actual state and identification of possible risks within logistic processes compilation and evaluation of all relevant information along the supply chain Presentation and structuring of the higher-level material flow from the supplier via own production to the end customer Development and preparation of optimization proposals Participation in planning necessary logistics structures for a future 24/6 shift operation
