igefa ProMedical GmbH as a company of igefa SE & Co. KG is looking for an employee sales service Medical/Klinikversorgung (m/w/d) at the Neumünster site in full time or part time. You will contact our customers by phone and e-mail to all questions about products, orders and deliveries You create offers, process complaints and find customer-oriented solutions in challenging situations You work closely with our specialist departments to ensure optimal supply of our customers You perform administrative tasks in the sales service, such as the processing of electronic ordering and billing processes You are actively promoting long-term customer relationships and leading to high customer satisfaction You support the development of processes and work closely with our branches

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Ideal experience in sales services, customer service or in the field of medical, clinic logistics or healthcare Embossed communication strength and joy at customer contact Structured, reliable and solution-oriented operation Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with goods management systems Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
