Responsibility for the strategic design of an organizational IT product that accompanies the data-based optimization of the assortment distribution and shelf planning in the dm markets Developing internationally scalable solutions with real added value for internal users Control of the entire product development process – from vision to discovery and implementation to ongoing operation (you build it, you run it) Professional leadership of a cross-functional product team from Data Engineer, Data Analyst and Business and Technical Consultant As a bridge builder between business and IT, meet technical challenges and translate them into sustainable, stable solutions that seamlessly integrate into the overall architecture of dmTECH Definition of suitable performance indicators for measurable assessment of effectiveness based on quantitative data

Extensive professional experience as a product manager, especially with data-driven solutions, ideally in the group environment Knowledge gained in the professional leadership of cross-functional teams without disciplinary responsibility Experience in the use and control of SaaS tools (e.g. RELEX) and in cooperation with external software providers Wide knowledge of methods in product discovery and delivery as well as practical experience in agile environment Knowledge in data products, data mesh and AI as well as in the retail environment, ideally in space planning Ability to target group-oriented communication with technicians, experts and managers at different levels Embossed communication capability in German (at least C1) and English (at least B1)
