As part of the team, you should bring good expertise, take responsibility and be flexible enough once a development project takes a different direction than planned. Development of new formulations and product concepts as well as optimization of our existing product portfolio accompaniment of your products from the first idea to production maturity; including planning, experiments, documentation and implementation Optimization of existing products and processes with a view to quality, feasibility and cost Planning and organisation of tastings and convincing presentation of your developments Testing and evaluating new raw materials, technologies and manufacturing processes Control of parallel projects

completed studies, e.g. life science, ghetto technology, milk technology or a comparable discipline; alternatively a suitable training with corresponding practical experience You have already gained professional experience in product development in the food sector and can independently drive development projects after appropriate incorporation Ideally first experience in project management You also keep an overview of parallel projects or with short-term changes in requirements and cannot be rested Safe handling of MS Office, experience with goods management systems is a plus You are happy to work with different disciplines and can convey your ideas in a comprehensible and convincing manner in German, English skills are advantageous
