Project management in the field of housing development (m/f/d)

You are intended for the implementation of construction projects for the creation of housing by new, re- and extension structures on different properties e.g. T. within existing settlements. You undertake the preparation, implementation and testing of economic analysis according to BHO, prepare performance descriptions and prepare the award of planning, engineering and construction services by the BImA's department and carry out their own awards (below threshold limits). You take care of building plan procedures and the creation of applications for building decision. You are responsible for the control and technical monitoring of the third parties involved in the project (freelance/commercially active other contractors). You shall take the vote with media suppliers/ management operators/ neighbours and shall take the vote with approval authorities, the accompaniment of the approval process and the participation in the obtaining of the building permits. You shall draw up technical opinions and examine contracts, offers and invoices.

Qualification: You have a completed technical university degree (Dipl.-Ing. [FH]/ Bachelor), preferably in the fields of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification. Competences: You ideally have several years of relevant professional experience in the project development of real estate, e.g. in the field of new, rebuilding and extension measures, in particular in the planning, awarding, implementation and control of construction and real estate projects. You have a well-founded knowledge of the relevant structural and public regulations, standards and implementing rules in the building/residential building and the requirements for sustainable construction. You bring knowledge of market analysis, portfolio management and statistics. In the independent implementation of complex cost-effectiveness calculations you bring very good knowledge and skills. You have secure IT user knowledge as well as other industry-specific software. Further requirements: You have a thorough and careful way of working with high reliability. You have good organizational skills and the ability to think and act economically. You have the ability to work quickly into changing tasks. You have a good and rapid understanding. You have their own initiative and the ability to work creatively and conceptually. You also work independently, thoroughly and target-oriented with increased work. Their expressiveness in word and writing is very good and you have a pronounced communication capability. In addition to customer- / address-oriented behavior, you will show pronounced and targeted negotiation skills. You contribute the ability to act in a team-oriented manner and are both critical and socially-competent. You have a good judgment, combined with the ability to make (difficult) decisions and take responsibility. You have a class B driver's licence and are ready to travel (even as a self-driver).
