You will get to know our daily business in the field of motor vehicle damage processing, participate in strategic projects, take assistance tasks in the field of leadership and team organization and help in process analysis and optimization as well as damage processing As part of multi-site hospitations, you will learn about our different interfaces Your:e personal:r Mentor:in helps you plan your further career steps, gives you feedback on your achievements and supports you in your development. Expertise: You are a full lawyer or have successfully completed your studies in the field of BWL, VWL or a comparable course of study or are close to it. You bring knowledge in the field of project management (e.g. Agile Scrum, Kanban, Lean, OPEX etc.). As part of internships, an honorary office or as a working student, you could already gain first professional experience. Motivation: You love learning new things and growing at challenges. Your analytical and conceptual skills will benefit you. Teamplaying: You are a communication talent, you like to work in the team and bring a lot of own initiative.
