Site Manager (m/f/d)

Location responsibility: Total responsibility for operating at the Brand-Erbisdorf site Control and monitoring of all processes in commercial and commercial fields Contact persons for all operational topics of the site – internal, external and contact persons for various stakeholders of the organisation Determination and optimization of organisational processes Support in the development of business models and projects Establishing the continuous improvement process Commercial responsibility: Implementation of cost and budget planning Responsibility for management and decision-makers Creation of financial plans together with management Analysis of operational key figures and derivation of optimizations Close cooperation with central functions (e.g. technology, purchasing, quality, personnel) Representation of the site to customers, suppliers, authorities and partners Designing the location development and implementing strategic requirements of the company headquarters Industrial and technical responsibility: Responsibility for technical operational safety and maintenance of plants Planning, organisation, implementation and monitoring of projects Implementation and monitoring of work, safety and environmental legislation Management and coordination of technical projects and investments

Complete, technical or business studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, economic engineering, business management) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional and leadership experience in an industrial production environment Knowledge of operational management, manufacturing organization, production logic Experience in managing technical projects or investments Safe handling of relevant legal regulations (safety, environment, technology) Embossed organizational talent, enforcing ability and hands-on mentality Communication strength and ability to act with industry, administration and management Experience in handling ERP systems and office applications Ready for occasional travel Good knowledge of English
