Support for the offer and study leaders: on the programmatic aspects (time schedules, risks, costs) of the realization of space systems or their elements coordination with the relevant OHB Business Development, Project Controlling and DCCM to create Bid-No-Bid requests for upcoming offers and studies during the planning of the organizational process /study logic) for the preparation of offers and studies in the planning of supply and study expenses and definition of progress controls (internal reviews and intermediate presentations) to organize and coordinate the supply and study teams for coordination and management with industrial partners or subcontractors as part of the offers and studies when creating and review programmatic offer and study documents or programmatic content

Department support for the visibility and evaluation of new study and offer requests regarding processing by the department for resource planning and management of the department team using the corresponding OHB tools (including planisware) on regular adaptation of the utilisation plans in the department team the acquisition of new staff for the department
