Personal, organisational and professional management of the care service Decision on personnel deployment, assignment and holiday planning Documentation and implementation of instructions Creating professional assessments and testimony contributions Development and implementation of concepts, guidelines and service instructions in the care sector Active cooperation in care including Takeover of station tasks and participation in shiftwork Implementation of patient training Orders for care service Participation in committees and staff Conception and implementation of QM quality assurance measures in relation to care

In the care service, approx. 15 employees working for about 165 rehabilitates.

Complete training for nursing staff Complete university degree in the field of nursing management (Dipl.Pflegewirtin/Dipl. Caregiver, Bachelor) or completed further education for nursing services or further education for the responsible nursing staff (§ 80 SGB XI) Hygiene certificate in care desirable Management competence Organisational management Safe occurrence Responsibility and discretion
