Director Loan Markets & Syndication (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) When it comes to the future design and coordination of our national and international syndication activities, we can count on your undisputed expertise. Sovereign you manage the syndication process from rock estimation to completion. In addition to the classic consortial business, you are also responsible for implementing other capital-relieving measures. To this end, you will independently strengthen business relations with institutional investors, in particular in the context of financing for the commercial housing and energy industry.

In your important role, you are responsible for the syndication of our large-volume, complex real estate loans in Europe as well as in selected markets in North America and Asia/Pacific. In the course of Capital‐Light initiatives, you will consistently develop a new business area for the syndication and transfer of financing for the commercial housing and energy industry. You are responsible for arranging club-deal structures in these markets. Reliablely, you weigh all the syndication-relevant topics along the entire credit value chain and act as a recognized respondent for all syndication-relevant issues within and outside our house. Networking is in your blood – that's why our syndication partners are always perfectly supervised by you. At the same time, you are continuously expanding our contact network with new partners from Germany and abroad. In your important function, you act as an agile interface and contact person for our consortial partners, our market units, the servicing/transaction management and for your colleagues (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) from the relevant departments.

Successfully completed economic or legal studies Relevant experience in the financial, asset management or insurance sector in the field of international commercial real estate financing Experience gained in structuring and brokering loans from the housing and energy sector A must-have is an established and far-reaching network of institutional investors as well as comprehensive, proven experience in cooperation with this investor group routine with syndication and loan processes in real estate financing and also in other asset classes (e.g. Infrastructure and/or Renewable Energy Experience with structured credit products such as e.g. Debt Funds and contacts with international real estate financers at senior level A sovereign and charismatic personality with strong hands-on mentality, pronounced analytical skills and high resilience and implementation strength in challenging framework conditions Negotiating English and very good MS Office skills (especially Excel) Of advantage however no need: experience abroad Don't worry – even if you don't meet all the criteria, the place could still fit you perfectly.
