Project Developer / Property Officer (m/f/d)

We accompany our customers competently and reliably on their way to their own four walls. For our location in Munich we are looking for you as soon as possible Projekttwickler (m/w/d)

Control and support of project development from idea to building Analysis of building law, construction plans and planning requirements Coordination of external expert planners, experts and service providers Implementation of site and economic analysis Acquisition and verification of suitable properties and properties for housing projects Negotiations with property owners, brokers, authorities and project partners Support for purchase contract negotiations and due diligence checks Observation of the real estate market in the target regions

Including training and/or university studies, ideally in the real estate sector, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning or Similar At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in property acquisitions, project development or real estate management Good knowledge of building and planning law of advantage Self-employed and structured work Negotiating skills, sense of responsibility and team skills
