As a free carrier of youth aid, ISA KOMPASS creates habitats for children, young people and young adults. Based on a living protection concept, we offer both protection and structures that promote self-determined development and equal participation in our society. Through our work we want to contribute to an inclusive and colorful society.

In the “MuVaKi” of the ISA KOMPASS we mainly offer mothers with their children (0 – 6 years) in apartments and housing communities a common home by learning and learning in a protected setting what their own resources have in themselves to live parenthood.

In this learning process, we help parents with a multi-professional team, among others from the fields of medicine and health, care, elementary education and social education. We support mothers and fathers step by step in care, care, care and employment as well as communication with their child/children. In addition to the everyday individual guidance and accompaniment of the families, we offer special individual and group promotions to specifically open development spaces at different levels.

The aim of our work in the “MuVaKi” is that young mothers/fathers learn to live an independent life with their child. This also includes ensuring the well-being and protection of the child/children, where parents are not yet able to manage or clarification is necessary.

We are looking for a student support for accompanying activities (childcare, shopping and appointments with mothers, etc.) in the mother's father child group based on GfB up to 620 € per month.

Tasks

Our work focuses on people – their development, their dreams and their strengths. As a specialist, you live this philosophy daily:

• Parents: You accompany the mothers at appointments, shopping and leisure.
• Childcare: You help in childcare if necessary.
• Group service: You actively work with a pedagogical specialist in group service.

What you bring

• You are in the study/training of a pedagogical profession and are looking for a lucrative secondary activity.
• You're open, communicative, and you can prevail.
• You have some experience in the care of infants and infants.
