Heading and continuous development of the HR department Responsibility for all personal processes along the entire employee lifecycle Construction, structuring and sustainable development of a DIN ISO 9001-compliant HR documentation Implementation and Ensure the Remuneration Transparency Directive Requirements Analysis, optimization and standardization of central HR processes Selection, introduction and further development of a demand-oriented HR software Personal control including relevant KPIs Trustful advice and savings partners for management and executives Responsibility for recruiting, personnel development and employer branding Ensuring compliance with labour law and secure HR structures

Complete studies in human resources management, business management, economic law, psychology or comparable 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in HR, ideally with first leadership responsibility Experience in building and structuring processes and documentation Knowledge of quality management (DIN ISO 9001) Secure knowledge of labour law Understanding the requirements for payment transparency Embossed hands-on mentality with pragmatic implementation competence Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation High Communication Strength and EnforceabilityCompleted training as a specialist informatics (m/w/d) for system integration or a comparable qualification Ideally 1–2 years of professional experience in the IT environment Embossed analytical skills as well as structured and solution-oriented working Interest in new technologies and willingness to continue training High reliability and flexibility, especially for planned maintenance or unplanned system failures Good English knowledge of word and writing
