Successful completion as a concrete builder or room master (m/w/d) or completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification Detectionable sales successes in construction; preferably in the field of concrete construction Embossed communication and negotiation capabilities combined with hands-on mentality Self-employed working with a clear focus on achievement and results Travel readiness of about 20%
