Senior Consultant Workday (m/w/d) supports and advises leading companies in the selection and implementation of their HR software solutions - thus contributing to a successful transformation of the HR sector. Advice: Around our workday projects, you can guide customers through the design and implementation process, coordinate smaller project teams and ensure that all components are seamlessly integrated into a successful end-to-end solution. Leadership: You take over the leadership of project teams, focus on tasks and promote project success through close cooperation - both internally and with the customer. Specialization: You have the opportunity to focus on one of the diverse workday aspects – e.g. data, integration, reporting or others. Hands-on: You can also consult your customers for architectural and interface concepts. Further development: step by step you expand your know-how in agile working methods such as e.g. in HR-IT concepts or in project management.

Experience gained in HR IT projects and HR processes, ideally in the (HR) IT in the international business environment or in a consulting company Knowledge in Workday (including certification) and ideally in other HR IT solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or Oracle HCM as well as routine in dealing with MS Office in the consulting context Experience in managing project teams Fun to solve complex tasks and work in the team readiness to travel and German and English very well in word and writing
