As a process management expert, you are significantly involved in analyzing, developing and optimising existing business processes. In close cooperation with the departments and the management, you will introduce your methodological know-how to make changes targeted and implement them effectively. With your active role in corporate transformation, you can promote a culture of openness, win colleagues for changes and accompany them motivatingly and reliably in transformation. In addition, you will make a decisive contribution to establishing a process-oriented thinking and working method within the MEGGLE Group. Support of departments in the analysis, optimization and documentation of end-to-end business processes Support in developing and implementing efficient solutions along the entire value chain Conception and moderation of process workshops with specialist departments for initial and ongoing process documentation and for identifying potential for improvement Establishment, maintenance and further development of a company-wide process landscape and introduction of standards and governance (e.g. BPMN 2.0) Introduction and support of the BPM tool and user training* Considering human and organizational aspects of corporate transformation with the aim of achieving acceptance, motivation, responsibility and active participation

Complete studies in the field of business, economic or organizational psychology, economic informatics, economic engineering or comparable qualifications Funded knowledge in organizational change management and experience in cross-departmental, company-wide cooperation are desirable – an advisory background is also advantageous Ideally experience with BPM methods such as BPMN 2.0, Lean Six Sigma or process modeling A structured and solution-oriented way of thinking Communication strength, persuasiveness and a safe occurrence in workshop and change situations Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation, cultural change and active participation of organisational change Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
