Project engineer (m/f/d)

We build for research and teaching! As a project engineer (m/w/d), you are working closely with the project management for our renovation, refurbishment and new construction projects on the campus of the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel. Projektmanager (m/w/d) und You work in interdisciplinary project teams with internal employees as well as freelance architects and engineers. You prepare the assignment of freelance workers, create request profiles and accompany the procurement processes Examination of fee invoices, supplements and further commissions Support for project management in the preparation and implementation of construction contracts and in the project organization You prepare meetings with ministries, perform these organizationally and prepare the protocols Ensuring structured project communication, documentation and time monitoring Monitoring and testing of services of freelance workers incl. statutory duties You prepare for acceptance, take part in it and follow the corrective action

Compulsory requirements Complete structural studies Planning and organizational capacity, critique and conflictability, as well as target and outcome orientation Economic understanding Full understanding of technically complex relationships Imprinted communication strength and safe occurrence IT affinity in dealing with the applications, e.g. MS Office Class B/3 driver's licence and readiness to travel within Schleswig-Holstein Required requirements Practical experience in construction Experience in monitoring the performance of contracts of freelance work or interdisciplinary project teams Knowledge of technical regulations (including VOB, AHO/HOAI, building contract law) and knowledge of administrative law Experience with SAP readiness to change, care and conscience, self-employment and self-initiative Interest on further development or
