You lead the team sales outside service North and Central Germany, vacuum automation with about ten employees both professionally and disci­plinaically and develop it further. You support not only remotely but throughout the entire sales area (all except BW and Bayern) on site with demanding customer requirements. You actively attend trade fairs and take over the management of the trade fair stand. You actively cooperate in the day-to-day operating business, maintain their own customers or a region assigned to them and are directly responsible for them. You develop and intensify customer relationships in the long term and systematically develop new business opportunities and potentials. You are responsible for ensuring the defi­nated KPIs, such as visitor numbers or reaction times, and continuously optimize them. You design and implete measures to achieve the ambitious growth objectives of your employees. You promote efficient, cross-departmental cooperation with adjacent processes such as sales services, production management and marketing.

You have a successful technical or economic study or comparable training. You have several years of sales experience (ideally in the field of external services), as far as possible in the sale of technical products in need of a declaration. You ideally have professional experience as a manager. You are an organizational worker and are characterized by your own working style. You have a very good understanding of technology and processes. You convince with a high customer orientation and a keen contact.
