Then you will become part of our team and design our annual financial statements with us. Your Tasks: Compilation of Annual Financial Statements including Annexes, Position Reports and Appendices according to applicable accounting regulations Processing of supervisory and organisational reporting and other regulatory requirements clarification of complex accounting and assessment issues in terms of trade law and tax law Accounting and account management (e.g. account opening of main account accounts, maintenance of the account plan, maintenance of institution data systems in OSPlus, accounting processing and assessment of facts) Creation and analysis of operational comparisons Further development and optimization of processes and participation in digitalization and automation projects settlement of institutional transactions Cooperation with internal and external auditors Contact person for internal areas of expertise and coordination of delivery of other areas of expertise Your profile: Successfully completed studies of business management with a focus on accounting, finance or taxes or a comparable qualification Successful qualification to/from account holder (alternative willingness to repeat this qualification as soon as possible) Multiannual well-founded professional experience in accounting, accounting or financial statements Knowledge of relevant accounting regulations (HGB, RechkredV) and knowledge of tax law Secure handling of ERP systems as well as common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Analytical thinking capacity as well as a structured, independent and careful working High number affinity, sense of responsibility and quality The exchange in the team is just as natural as flexibility in working design What is important to you – and also to us: Attractive remuneration: A performance-oriented salary, occupational pensions and numerous additional benefits. The Sparkasse is a collective public employer and applies the TVöD and the TVöD-BT-S. The remuneration is governed by the tariff regulations, in particular by sections 12 to 25 TVöD and the relevant regulations of the TVöD-BT-S. The enrollment of the enrolled office is expected to be carried out in the 11 TVöD payment group. As a function of the level of experience, this results in a monthly gross entry fee of 4.542.72 euros to 6.154,45 euros. In addition to the table fee, further collective wages are granted in accordance with the collective agreements mentioned, in particular an annual special payment or special savings banks payment.
