Lotte Lemke in Halstenbek is a children's daycare centre consisting of 5 groups, 2 family groups and 3 elementary groups with 75 people aged between one and six. We are a Kita team who is interested in innovative ideas and then implement them. One focus is the participation: We are certified democracy-Kita. Another focus is the workshop work: in the whole of Kita we have functional spaces and learning corners. We do project work with the children according to the situation approach, working across groups (each child has his home group). And for you as a pedagogical specialist, there is of course always continuing and continuing training. We're a great team. A colleague is in parental leave right now.
