In this position you guarantee the satisfaction of our customers: With know-how and fingertip feeling, you take care of your individual concerns. Specifically, your telephone consultation of our customers is in demand – both with regard to individual dental products and with questions regarding delivery. Last, but not least, we also know the receipt of orders from you in the best hands.

Successful commercial training or experience in the telephone customer service / call center – we also welcome cross-comers (m/w/d). Fun in contact with customers distinguishes you. Experience in the dental industry is a plus but not a prerequisite (ZFA / ZMF / ZMP).
