For the controlling team within the area of Accounting & Controlling, we are looking for you, from now on, in full-time (40 hours/week), limited to 2 years, in Hamburg as: Controller (m/w/d) Area Accounting & Controlling

Creating the Economic Plan for the Foundation in consultation with the Head of Division Coordinating forecasts and forecasts for financial management Conduct and coordinate the risk management system of the entire foundation Coordinating budget planning including Voting with the departments Creating quarterly and annual reports with deviation analyses Completion of cost center calculations and GuV analyses as well as coordination with auditors, in particular as part of the annual audit Conducting Ad-hoc evaluations for Management Board, Board of Trustees and Area and Cluster Management Proactive consultation of the departments and support in the preparation and follow-up of results-improving measures further development of internal control systems and processes

Training in commercial and/or university studies in economics, BWL or comparable qualifications At least 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling Good knowledge of risk management Accounting experience is desirable Very good knowledge of German and mathematics Routinized handling of MS 365, especially Excel, Power BI and DATEV Embossed Analytical Thinking Power Joy and the will to redesign processes Strong own initiative and a high sense of responsibility
