You identify and develop new collaborative business models for developing common market potentials with partner companies and customers.

You design business models across multiple stages of value creation and think strategically along the entire chain.

With a clear look at market changes, you take over the analysis and redesign of modern go-to-market and marketing strategies to create innovative access to customers and markets.

Proactive participation in downstream integration projects, in particular by supporting and consulting our customers in make-or-buy decisions and building sustainable value creation partnerships.

Market, competitive and customer analyses to identify future trends and challenges in the environment of the electrical steel industry.

Building and maintaining strategic partnerships and active management of alliances and cooperations.

Development of business cases, strategy papers and presentations for top management.

Interdisciplinary cooperation with teams from sales, product management, research & development, marketing and production.

Representation of the company at industry events, trade fairs and networks.

You have a degree in economics, economic engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable degree programme.

You bring several years of experience in business development, strategy, management consulting or in a comparable function - ideally related to industry, downstream integration or marketing strategies.

You have sound knowledge of the development and implementation of cooperative business models and effective market entry strategies.

We require knowledge of German and English in word and writing; further language skills are advantageous.

Analytical thinking skills, a structured working method and a high self-initiative are the main features.

With pronounced communication skills, consulting skills and presentation security, you can convince at all levels.

You bring together team skills, intercultural competence and flexibility.

The willingness to travel abroad is obvious to you.
