In your role as project manager:in Oberbau you take responsibility for the quality, budget and timely implementation of exciting infrastructure projects in the Oberbau plant You control projects across all phases, from planning to successful implementation. You coordinate project teams and perform the project management functions involved as well as project engineers: Together with contractors and specialist departments, you agree on technical and economic framework conditions, check orders and ensure that all requirements are complied with in accordance with relevant guidelines You tax planning and construction services, for economic awards, accompany contract and follow-up negotiations and monitor dates, budgets and quality over the entire project period With your vision, you carry out active chance and risk management, take countermeasures at an early stage and optimize costs and procedures You represent your projects to clients, authorities, communities and internal bodies – from the planning decision phase to commissioning And, of course, you will be aware that work security, environmental protection and sustainability are always guaranteed in all measures

Your profile:

You have a degree as an economic engineer:in, civil engineer:in or in a comparable degree course In addition, you have several years of experience in the handling of superstructure projects You already own the qualification of the BVB to VV BAU or have the willingness to acquire it in the short term Negotiating skills and a safe handling of business partners:we are pre-sustaining You have creative approaches to technical and commercial solutions and implement your ideas Design willingness, ready-to-use and load-bearing capacity, a safe and self-confident appearance as well as a pronounced team and communication skills will help you
