Completed training as a state-recognized educator/healing caregiver (w/m/d) or completed studies of social education or social work; or A comparable pedagogical qualification suitable for activity, for example in medical education, pedagogy or education Additional qualification in systemic consulting or systemic coaching is desirable, but no requirement Joy in working with families and an esteeming, resource-oriented attitude Self-sponsored and responsible working and willingness to introduce your own ideas Reliability, flexibility and team capability Willingness to continue professional development The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
