Proven experience in paid advertising or performance marketing across major digital platforms Strong understanding of campaign optimization, performance analysis, and media planning Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams Analytical approach with knowledge of translating data into actionable insights Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style Good communication skills, with fluency in English
