Process Manager Logistics with a focus on SAP processes (m/f/d)

We are looking for you - indefinitely - in full time for our section Distribution and Location Service of the Region North as: Process Manager Logistics (m/d) Region North (Niedersachsen) In order to make us strategically and operatively meet the growing requirements and to continue to secure the security of supply of our customer (the Bundeswehr), we have begun to modernise and expand our entire logistics organization and infrastructure (introduction and further development of SAP S4/HANA). In your new function, you will primarily support the Regional Manager of the Nord region in the further development of our IT and SAP-based logistics processes. You are structured and comprehensively incorporated into your new task. You act independently of the location, but domiciled in the room of Lower Saxony.

In cooperation with the regional manager, the central process and application managers and the IT, you ensure the implementation of the processes by reviewing the operational process conformity of the SVS and implementing process specifications. You optimize processes and processes, in particular with regard to the technical and content development of our IT processes in the SAP environment and give them a structured further development. You accompany tests, rollouts and IT-Changes in the SAP landscape by participating in the request collection and documentation, planning, carrying out and documentation of tests, process piloting, as well as your cooperation in the introduction of new solutions in operational operation. You work in projects as well as in process and application optimizations by developing suitable training concepts and performing trainings, taking on a multiplier role in the direction of the locations. As part of your task, you will analyze existing reports, statistics (KPIs) and evaluations and support service station management through close cooperation in operational and strategic topics.

Completed studies, ideally with a focus on logistics/economy/SCM, or a successfully completed commercial training with corresponding additional qualification, preferably with economic or logistical orientation Multiannual relevant practical experience in distribution or logistics as well as sound experience in project management and a pronounced cross-interface process understanding High IT affinity, expert knowledge in Excel and in handling ERP systems, in particular SAP logistics modules MM/EWM/SD (application, role and authorization management, interfaces and subsystems as well as configuration and process modeling) Impressed analytical skills, in particular in data processing, hands-on mentality combined with conceptual thinking, service orientation, and a high level of quality to your own work Embossed readiness
