Lawyer for Data Protection in Public Administration (m/f/d)

You advise local authorities in Rhineland-Palatinate on data protection issues. You support the introduction of data protection management systems. You develop individual data protection concepts based on the applicable laws, regulations and recommendations. You conceptualize processes and technical measures to continuously improve the level of data protection. You check contract processing contracts and support our customers in creating data protection impact assessments. You link data protection and information security to implement suitable technical and organizational measures. You carry out awareness measures.

You have completed higher education in law or comparable skills and ideally already have experience in implementing data protection in public administrations. You have a well-founded knowledge of the methods of effective data protection management in accordance with BDSG (new) and the EU GDPR or are willing to work on these topics and participate in qualification measures. You have a safe appearance and convince your customers through your structured approach, competence and secure communication. Their working style is independent, self-motivated, team-capable and of high quality awareness. The willingness and ability to participate in training courses as well as the self-employed integration into new topics is of course for you
