Multiannual professional experience in financial consulting, banking, insurance or financial services. Ideally completed training or study in the economic, financial or comparable field. Knowledge of relevant financial topics such as insurance, pension provision, asset building and financing. Joy in holistic consulting and long-term customer relationships. A professional and binding appearance against demanding clients. Representative communication and consulting skills. Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to take responsibility for their own business. Ideally, first experience in the care of demanding private customers or academics.
