Keeping trains moving is teamwork – and right here you come into play. For our growing location in Berlin, we are looking for a structured, high-communication personality that draws the threads in the background and ensures that maintenance and maintenance run smoothly.

Your mission If you like to plan, coordinate and keep an overview while others screw and repair – then you perfectly fit us. Your tasks – versatile & responsible You are the central interface between planning, workshop and documentation: You organize and plan repair and overhaul work together with our workshops You monitor maintenance and maintenance after maintenance plans or damage reports You keep an overview of damages and their processing You ask for a complete documentation of all work done You process offers independently and check and release maintenance orders You accompany and support order processes from A to Z You work closely with our railway workshops and are an important representative.

Your profile – dedicated and structured Commercial and/or technical training, ideally related to rail transport A structured, reliable and careful operation A safe occurrence with the necessary enforcement capacity Communication strength and joy of team work Routine in dealing with MS Office Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
