Product and License Releases Employee (m/f/d)

You're expecting

You accompany our licensed products from the first design idea to the final release. You coordinate the submissions with international licensors such as Disney, Universal and Warner Bros. and you work closely with our design and product management as well as our customers.

You make sure that documents are available in full and in time, designs and products comply with the respective brand guidelines and that queries are processed reliably.

Your tasks Testing and processing of design and product requests Coordination of the submission of designs, product photos and patterns with our licensors Check compliance with design and brand guidelines Maintenance of product data, documents and release status in digital license portals coordination with design, product management, licensors and our customers Follow-up of queries, requests for amendments, deadlines and releases Participation in the optimization of our approval processes
