FPGA Developer for VHDL & Aircraft Radios - Airborne Secure Communications (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the design and implementation of VHDL modules for the realization of signal processing, communication and control functions in FPGAs for flight radio equipment. Participation in the development according to the DO-254 standard, including requirement analysis, specification of FPGA modules and elaboration of FPGA overall architecture. performing simulations of the implemented modules with suitable test methods and verification by measurements on the target hardware. Ensuring the integration of digital circuits by specifying timing and routing constraints. Close coordination with the hardware and software development teams to successfully integrate the FPGA solutions.

Successfully completed studies of electrical and information technology, communication technology or a comparable qualification. Funded knowledge in VHDL as well as in FPGA development. Experience in digital circuit technology, signal processing and communication technology. Very good German knowledge of at least C2 level and good English skills. Structured and dedicated working methods as well as pleasure in professional cooperation in interdisciplinary development teams.
