(Junior) Product Manager AI Agents Anti Financial Crime (m/f/d)

You support the professional development of our AI agents, which support our AFC Operations team in the processing of alerts, case clarifications and the creation of suspicion messages Together with AFC operations, compliance and data science, you will participate in the definition and sharpening of use cases - from the Alert priorization to the automated process of the situation to the proposal for the FIU message You prepare User Stories for new Agent skills and workflow steps and accompany their implementation with the IT development team You support the ongoing evaluation of the quality, accuracy and traceability of AI-generated proposals and help to derive optimization approaches You analyze APIs as well as data requirements of upstream and downstream systems (case processing tool, transaction monitoring, reporting platform), pay attention to human-in-the-loop and four-eye principles and support for testing and validation before production

You have a successfully completed university degree with IT-technical or economic orientation, e.g. in business informatics, economic engineering or BWL You ideally have first professional experience in (technical) product management, e.g. through internships or student work You are interested in generative AI and agent-based systems (e.g. LLM agents) and brings the motivation to work on you in regulated AML/AFC processes You are characterized by a pronounced affinity for data and processes as well as by analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working out You convince by very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
