Your duties

· Chief Medical Officer and Deputy Officer of the Central Emergency Care Centre (ZNA): They take responsibility for the medical management and coordinate the procedures at the ZNA. The chief physician is competent and reliable. · Holistic and high-quality medical care: They provide excellent interdisciplinary emergency medical care and patient control in professional coordination and cooperation with the clinical specialist departments. · Development of the structures of the ZNA: They actively shape the future of emergency and acute medicine by implementing innovative treatment concepts and by advancing the medical-organizational development of the ZNA. · Participation in call and, if necessary, Standby services: They ensure medical care and are available for complex emergency medical decisions - even outside regular service hours. · Interdisciplinary cooperation in the multi-professional team: They promote cooperation and communication with other disciplines and professional groups and thus contribute to effective and holistic patient care.

Requirements

· Specialist (m/w/d) in an area of immediate patient care (internal medicine, surgery, general medicine etc.) with German approval · Additional name Clinical acute and emergency medicine · Comprehensive experience and high professional competence in the field of clinical emergency medicine as well as multi-year leadership experience · Empathic and integrative leaders who take over the treatment of our emergency patients with great sense of responsibility and empathy · High level of flexibility, reliability and social competence · Self-responsibility, careful and structured operation
