You are both at the educational centre and through our video conferencing software alfaview, direct contact for our participants, lecturers and employees on technical questions and problems. This makes you responsible for a smooth technical process of our training. About alfaview you work daily with our nationwide IT team. In your new role in alfatraining, the following tasks await you: Technical support for your team, participants and lecturers at the educational centre and our video conferencing software alfaview Securing a smooth course from a technical point of view Coordination of awarded hardware, including communication with our logistics, recording of images and required software Responsibility for administrative and organisational tasks at the educational centre Cross-site team work on video technology

Training in an IT-close area or strong interest in IT Very good knowledge of German in word and writing First experience in IT support and customer contact Self-functioning, team capacity, reliability and sense of responsibility Affinity for digital, networked work
